A partial list of cards that MAY have PCI-bus noise problems (culled from comp.sys.ibm.pc.soundcard.* newsgroups)
Note that apparently most video cards now have this problem. But since it depends on the X-server you use, none (or all) of these cards may actually exhibit the problem. The trouble reports I read all had to do with running under windows 9x / NT. This page should be edited or rewritten by someone who has more experience with these problems.
