Still have noise problems in your cheap soundcard? Have you tried all the CheapNoiseSoftwareTips? If not, try some of these hardware tips. * Check the VideoCard. * Investigate DMASharing. * Is the noise ACHum? * Make sure to TerminateCables. * Check your CDROMcables. * Use GoodCables in general. * Try moving your soundcard to a DifferentSlot. * Keep your disk drive cables well away from the soundcard. Sometimes they radiate noise into the analog circuitry. * Last resort: rig up a StupidShield on your soundcard.
