It's called a wiki web; it's a kind of collaborative website. Pages can be changed on the spot by clicking "Edit this page", and certain conventions are followed to simplify writing and linking. A wiki web usually has a particular focus or subject orientation. This wiki is about Linux audio.
For example, pages typically have a WikiName - a name which is one or more capitalized words run together. These are automatically converted to hyperlinks, or to a question mark (?) which will create the new page when clicked.
