This is the LiLAQ? Soundcard Database.

The soundcard information is currently organized in five categories:

Professional (expensive) soundcards and interfaces that are well supported: GoodProCards
Professional (expensive) soundcards and interfaces that have limited or buggy support or are otherwise not worth using: ProblematicProCards
Consumer (cheap) soundcards that might be worthwhile: GoodConsumerCards
Consumer (cheap) soundcards that are a waste of your time: ProblematicConsumerCards
Cards which cannot run on Linux at all: NotSupported

You can also view a complete (hah!) list of all cards in all categories: AllLinuxSoundcards

There is also an older list of soundcards which needs to be looked over and sorted into the above categories. It's here: OldSoundcardList
