The soundcard information is currently organized in five categories:

* Professional (expensive) soundcards and interfaces that are well supported:

* Professional (expensive) soundcards and interfaces that have limited or buggy support or are otherwise not worth using: ProblematicProCards

* Consumer (cheap) soundcards that might be worthwhile: GoodConsumerCards

* Consumer (cheap) soundcards that are a waste of your time: ProblematicConsumerCards

* Cards which cannot run on Linux at all: NotSupported

There is also an older list of soundcards which needs to
be looked over and sorted into the above categories.
