The Midiman Delta series is one of the few professional-level solutions for linux. It includes these models: the Delta 44 (4 analog ins and outs), the Delta 66 (4 analog plus 2 digital ins and outs), the Delta 1010 (8 analog plus 2 digital ins and outs, with wordclock for synchronizing multiple cards).
