Turtle Beach Pinnacle and Fiji: stereo cards with S/PDIF input and output. A driver is here: http://www.rpi.edu/~veliaa/pinlinux.html (I think this driver comes with the kernel sources? Anybody know this?) Old cards, I don't think they're sold anymore. Prices were $200 or $300 US.
